Orders and prices

Prices are in MYR. Your order total, including any shipping fee, is calculated by us at checkout from current catalogue prices, and the amount shown before payment is the full amount you pay.

An order is confirmed only after our payment provider confirms your payment. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and their items released.

We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil, for example because of a pricing error or because an item is unavailable. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by CHIP (CHIP In Sdn. Bhd.) on its secure payment page, using the methods CHIP offers for your order such as FPX online banking or DuitNow QR. We never see or store your card details or online banking credentials.

Products and made-to-order items

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.

Some items are made or prepared after you order. Where an item is made to order, preparation time is shown on the product or communicated to you, and work starts once your payment is confirmed.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver to addresses in Malaysia by courier. The shipping fee is shown at checkout and shipping is free for orders of RM 150.00 or more. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location, and we are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.

If you choose self-pickup, we will let you know when your order is ready to collect from Lot 5A, Midvalley, Tawau, Sabah. Please bring your order number.

Order receipts

After checkout you receive a private receipt link for your order. Anyone with that link can view the order, so please keep it private.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. We give full refunds only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use bots or scripts to place orders, bypass or interfere with our security checks, provide false details, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block traffic that abuses the site.

Liability

To the extent Malaysian law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You may also bring a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
